Skills Required:

  • Knowledge on End User Computing Devices (Laptop / Desktop / VDI)
  • Expertise on windows 7/ 10 administrations
  • Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
  • Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
  • Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
  • Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
  • Troubleshooting of Office 2016 issues
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues
  • Mobile Device Management support
  • Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM
  • Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
  • Knowledge on windows server operating system, DNS and DHCP
  • Knowledge on Switches and Routers
  • Good communication skills

Good to have skills:
