Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of operations experience, with experience on working between MST and IST hours.
  • Excellent telecom domain understanding.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in (LAMP) Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP, .net, C#, Oracle SQL, MY SQL,
  • Proficient experience in Tools - Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with data analysis, performance measurement methods, statistical concepts and reporting techniques; Experience drafting clear and concise reports and presentations with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make fast decisions with limited and noisy data.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven success in implementing inventory related performance measures, metrics and productivity analyses.
  • ITIL Certification is must/preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Service Transition and Operations processes.
  • Telecom domain understanding and experience in BSS domain.
  • Participate in all scrum and necessary team rituals.
  • Participate in project meetings and design workshops, where necessary
  • Lead and delegate operation tasks with onshore and offshore staff.
  • Provides Service Transition & Operations reports.
  • Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
  • Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
  • Developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
  • Working with managers and employees to implement changes.
