Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in implementing field service transformation programs with specialization in Oracle field service (OFSC) and order management.
  • Field service domain in telecom space covering planning, dispatch, capacity management, work order management and scheduling.
  • Translate business goals/challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture design with an expertise in telecom field service domain.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and conduct discovery workshops for requirements elicitation, write functional specifications, BRD, user stories.
  • Business consulting, advisory services, process consulting & business analysis.
  • Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the system development lifecycle and provides advisory work for IT function related to telecom field service.
  • Analytical, problem solving, research skills, stakeholders’ management and relationship building abilities.
