Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge into Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology, Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM) Issues
  • Prior experience of working in operations and endpoint management
  • Advanced skills in Windows Administration which includes Server 2016,2019 & SaaS based Technologies.
  • Strong expertise into Microsoft Azure Technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Log Analytics
  • Intermediate expertise into SQL, Kusto, Log Analytics, Power BI
  • Intermediate to Basic skills in Batch, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
  • Exhibit a customer-first mentality in service incident management, data analysis, and root-cause analysis.
  • Act as an ally and be deeply invested in building an inclusive team culture.
  • Understanding of resource in Azure portal
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of handling customer tickets as incidents in IcM or similar incident management tools and knowledge of AI OPS.
