Skills and Responsibilities:

  • 10 – 12 Years experience in capacity of a solution architect and leading a team
  • Must have experience in at least one full-fledged implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud
  • Experience in production support is nice to have - hands-on in business process modeling and simplification
  • Must have a functional exposure of Oracle Incentive Compensation (end to end flow)
  • Must have experience in development of data conversions into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
  • Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQL to create custom rules in Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
  • Hands-on experience in analysis & configuration of compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud
  • Must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and be able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases
  • Experience in Oracle Partner relationship management for sales compensation for dealers/partners.

• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud for integration between source systems and Oracle incentive compensation for transactional data.
